Registration process is independent of the submission of scientific proposals: minysimposia, contributed talks or posters.

If you have an accepted contribution but you have not been able to register, please contact cedya2022@unizar.es.

(1) SeMA membership will be checked directly with the society. It is not necessary to send any further justification.

(2) Accompanying person fee includes the daily lunches, the congress dinner and the sightseeing tour.

(*) In order to register under this category you will be required to send an official certificate confirming your status to cedya2022@unizar.es. Student fees are applied to Undergraduate, Master and PhD students.

Material and documentation to be handed in at the time of registration

Attendance to all congress sessions and events

Coffee breaks

Congress dinner and lunches on congress days

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests shall be addressed to congresos_zaz@viajeseci.es.

Registration fees will be refunded (minus a 60€ charge) if cancellation requests are received before 23rd May, 2022.

After this date, no refunds will be processed.
